I don't know if there is a online chat, but I sign on many times a day and could be a chat buddy! We are trying to lose the same amount of weight. I have 16 pounds go... as of today I loss 7 pounds and have 4 more days of my initial induction.

I tried a receipe that I found on the forum for a sweet snack and it taste great.
2 egg whites
1/2 cup of splenda sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla flavor

beat until fluffy, a spoon full each on a baking sheet and bake at 300 for 40 minutes. They are a great snack when you get tired of jello and whip cream.

How are you doing on your induction? I am going to go an extra week of induction. I got the menu down and can take it easily another week.

There is a Chat room - link at the top of the page to get in.

What most of us do if we go there and find it empty is keep that window open and keep checking it but return here or to the main Atkins forum and post a message saying we are there and looking for company.

Also you could also make a 'date' in advance with other members to meet there at a particular time - make sure you know what time zone so you all go there at the same time

Have you noticed the little dot beside the name of any posters? If it is green then that person is online (your own name will always have the green dot when you log on) and you could send them a private message by clicking on their name and selecting 'send a private message' and asking them to join you in Chat.

I believe it's powered by JAVA do you have it installed? aslo I believe you need to turn off pop up blocker

The link is on one of the blue bars above the threads. Called 'ADBB Chat' . It takes a while to load for me, so you might have a short wait.
