  • How do I increase fat in my induction?

I heard it's not good to eat too much meat, and instead eat more fat. What are some of the better (fattier) meats and how else can I increase fat? Also is small amounts of avocado OK in induction? Thanks

Olive oil-based salad dressings, butter, mayonnaise, cheese are all good dietary fats.

For example, tuna or chicken salad made with mayonnaise with some chopped celery and onion. You've got a protein, a fat, and a vegetable serving. As an added bonus....it's delicious!

1/2 of an avocado is in the special foods category but it may cause you to stall. I like to have avocado.
