I registered for this board quite a bit ago but I just couldn't get it going. So, today I started the induction period. I'm looking for any advice, or pointers that anyone may have. In the morning I will be going grocery shopping. I'd love some advice on what to buy. That is the part of induction that tripped me up last time. It seems SOO HARD keeping to 20 carbs a day. Just what should I eat and how much?

I'll always reply. Oh and a cup a day of pork rinds is a good snack that helps me through the day. They're pretty good!
