Just wanted to update on my progress....After 14 days of induction, I loss 9 pounds! I want to lose 14 more pounds and have a goal of at least 9 more pounds within a month. Hopefully that isn't unrealistic. I execise a hour per day.
I'm thrilled with Atkins and am going to stay in induction one more week. I am so satified with my selections, that it really isn't a scarifice! I have learned so much about carbs and keeping within a limit of them per day.
As we speak, I am making cheesecake (no crust) from a recipe I found on the website. ....cream cheese, splenda, egg (1) and a teaspoon of vanilla flavoring.
