is working out 30 minutes a day enough?..ive been doing the walk the pounds away tape its 30 minutes for 1 mile..also im doing a challenge of 100 situps per day..is that enough?

For me the best judge of is it enough is how I feel. If it is really easy and not requiring much effort, I think it is time to up it. If you are not used to exercise at all half hour may be all you can start with.
I was really nervous when I started jazzercise because I am 100 pounds over and had not exercised at all, plus I have two bad knees. But they adapt the routines for your individual problems and I am vigorously exercising a full hour a day. Sometimes now I feel so good, i do additional at home too.
The plus I've found with exercise is that the more you do, the more you can do and the more you want to do.

Leslie Sansone and WATP rocks!! I started my exercise doing her 1 & 2 mile walks. I'm a bit more aggressive with work outs so I'd say take it up a notch. Sweat the weight off and you're early into Induction so you have Ketosis on your side to help you maximize the "Whoosh" factor of weight loss. Don't let your body get too used to your work outs, always switch things up to help keep your body at maximum fat burning. You'll be glad you did.
