i feel like i am missing something...i am just so hungry but i dont want to eat cuz everything seems nasty...i want bread sweets something..is this normal will it go away?

One thing I've learned is that if you are "hungry" but legal food doesn't apeal to you, you are not hungry you just are craving your favorites. it is a certain taste you want not hunger. The best cure for this is to eat a small sampling of something legal. There are legal
"sweet treats" you can make such as jello or cream cheese with unsweetened cocoa and splenda, but if you are really craving sweets, I find that feeding a craving may only make you want more.

I JUST went through what you are going through. 2 days ago!! I agree with what is said... you are craving, not necessarily hungry. I put all my food in "Fitday.com" ... learned that from other threads, and if i have plenty of calories and i think i am hungry i know i am just craving. This is day 5 for me and sure enough it is getting WAY better.
I think your body is saying "GIVE ME CARBS"
I really turned a corner on day 4, Hope you do too.
I also agree with the idea of something salty like those yummy, salty green olives. Good Luck. HANG IN THERE. IF I DID YOU CAN TOO.

First 3 days are the hardest. Get through them and you'll see how much easier it is. Soon you'll be having no appetite and will have to remind yourself when it's time for you to eat. Keep that positive attitude and stay focused. In no time you'll be where you want to be. Keep us posted. God Bless, Joe

I was such a big sweet eater and the first 4 days were the hardest and then it is smooth sailing. I can't say I never crave sweets, but there are many recipes for deserts that are carb friendly. You really shouldn't have too much in the induction phase, but I did have some and I'm on day 18 of induction and 12 pounds lighter.
Be strong, it will pay off!
