Ok, in the induction period is says its ok to eat half a small avocado, so I wanted to do some research to see how many carbs I need to count when I eat that half avocado, I came up with so many different answers online, its silly. Therefore I am asking the experts, you guys! I wont eat it everyday but like this morning I have a quarter of a small avocado for breakfast with two fried eggs. So how many carbs do I had to count in for that piece of heaven? LOL
