    Other benifits of Induction

    I had completely forgotten about one of my side effects once ketosis kicks in.
    I started on the 10th of the month, and hit is about yesterday.

    Now I have to take ritalin for ADD, and when I don't I have trouble concentrating. But yesterday, without my ritalin, I accomplished so much more than I had thought possible. I finished to big assignments, studied and researched conscientiously, and then killed in the play that I am starring in, adding new motions.

    Nothing like a good reminder of why I need this.
