5th Day on Induction and.....

I am dying! I have the worst allergies, taken all my meds and feel horrible, so as you imagine this induction thing has been twice as hard cause I have been sick and feeling so tired, no energy. But I have stuck it through! Not cheated at all! And I weighed in today ( I know I shouldnt) And I have lost............ 6 lbs!! I cant beleive it! I know its probably water but anyways it feel great, especially so fast, I am already anticipating not loosing so much more in the next 9 days but it looks pretty good, I honestly cant beleive I have been so strong, being sick and all, I think all of you guys have REALLY helped.

I sure hope that you feel better soon. Congrats on that lose good job.. Who cares if its water weight, weight is weight.

trust me it gets easier, its a way of life not a crash diet but getting the sugar cravings detox hangover feelings are temporary. don't give up. it works.
