I lost 8 pounds on induction as of today!!! And I ate Ribeye out at a restaurant last night...hehe how awesome is that??? I went to Cattle Company and skipped the bread, ate my salad with blue cheese, ordered Ribeye steak with steamed veggies and grilled asparagus. This WOE is the greatest!! Now....the big question...
Since I am known for my metabolic weight loss resistance (due to pcos & systemic candidiosis) and the fact that I have over 100 pounds of weight to lose...Should I stay on induction longer?? I am doing the veggie challenge right now and Loving it...however I am not yet as active as I should be. I have been so busy and I need to get doctors permission since my knee is acting up a bit...
....(excuses, I know...
need to kick myself in the butt)
Anyhow, any idea's or opinions out there???
Thanks

! Some people continue to lose on extended induction and others stall out until they move to OWL. My goal was to lose 101 pounds when I started. I tried to stay on extended induction, but my weight loss slowed. As soon as I moved to OWL and added exercise I began to see consistent results.

When she draws pictures of our family, the stick figure of mom (me) has these big bumps on her arms. I asked her what those bumps are and she said, "Momma! Those are your big, strong muscles!" Love that!
