I've tried till my eyes turn green to eat salad and I just HATE it. I used to eat them ALL the time and I'm just so incredibly sick of them. So, here is my question: (please be patient, I pick up the book on Tuesday)
I've seen 2 options:
#1 - Eat 2 c. salad veg and 1 c. of other veg
#2 - Induction veggies should be 12 - 15 grams of the day
I have no problem eating veggies on option 2, it's just that I've had difficulty with the salads. I typically eat broccoli, cauliflower, green beans and a little zucchini/spaghetti squash. I've also strayed into a few sugar snap peas though I've learned that snow peas are the right choice.
So far I've lost 5.5 pounds in 5 days of Induction.
Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions???? All are appreciated!!!

Ok, now I'm throroughly confused! What's New! 


However, like you, I weigh all my food. i just find it far more accurate. I think Dr A did the cup thing cause it's easier for folks less anal than me about measuring my food
