    Is this product suitable for induction?

    Here is the nutritional info and ingredients:


    It has no added sugar and only 1 carb per serving but it has apple cider vinegar in it so I thought that might be a no-no.

    That should be 'legal' as it has no added sugar (kudos to you for checking the ingredients btw ) so the one carb per tablespoon will be from the tomato and onions in it. Most vinegars are allowed - the one Dr Atkins specifically said to avoid is balsamic vinegar.
