Hi everyone,
I am almost through my second week of induction (Sunday is my last day). So far I have lost 6.6 pounds...all of which came off the first week. Thus far, I haven't shed any additional weight. Have any of you experienced a similar phenomenon? I don't know if it's because I have a higher resistance or, perhaps, if it's because I was low carbing prior to making the switch to Atkins, so this wasn't as much of a shock to my body as it might have been to someone elses? Either way, I'm planning to move into OWL on Monday. I am wondering though, is there anything else I could/should be doing differently -- less calories, more calories, etc.?
I will say I have been eating about 1400 calories a day, comprised of 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs. I am also limiting myself to 2-3 servings of cheese, and am eating all of the salad and other veggies I am allowed.
Any advice?
Thanks in advance!
