I am new to this website and I am on my 5th day of induction. I am feeling really good about things but I am a little concerned about the amount of sodium I am taking in each day. Yesterday I had almost 3000 grams of sodium. Can I eat lower sodium foods without adding extra carbs? I would really appreciate any advice you can give me. Thanks a bunch
