Re: Startin Atkins After 2 Years

    Hi Welcome back

The percentages most of us aim at for induction is 65% fat/30% protein/5% carbs

With a goal loss of about 28.5 pounds (if I have done my calculations right) an 'average' loss after 14 days induction would be between 1.4 and 2.8 pounds, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that you see something like that to motivate you into staying and working through OWL on your journey towards your goal.

You might find some of your old ADBB friends hanging round on the STAC forum if you want to visit there too. As second (or more) time around-ers they might have some advice to help too.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
