Re: Went out of ketosis - question...

Can't have nuts because this board follows Dr Atkins 2002 edition. And if you want advice from us that is where we are the most knowledgeable. Veggies are a MUST. Adding food in the proper order is a MUST. So if you haven't been following it so really can't say the plan is failing. More on the nuts...even if they are legal later you may not be able to have them...your body may not like it. Or if you are having too many artificial sweetners...or maybe your body does not like any artificial sweetner. Buy the book..this is a life time change not a quick fix and so you are worth that investment...I know you are!!! good luck!

You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it. ~Maya Angelo~

So how much weight in total are you hoping to lose?

In your first post you said you had lost 7 pounds in the first 2 weeks. From the chart in DANDR what level of metabolic resistance to weightloss does this indicate?

You can help us out by adding some stats like start/current/goal weight plus height/gender to your signature. This will allow people to give you some advice that takes this into account.

To do this you need to click on the 'User CP' link on the blue bar and then choose 'Edit signature' and add this info to the text box that appears.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
