    Where are you located?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Hi Love .......... I have tried the walden stuff and it's very good ...... for me it makes me crave sugars though ......... not sure how they get the carbs/sugars/ calories all gone but they claim it ...... for me it's just another way of satisfying those cravings for me and instead of satisfying me it makes me want more!!!!! I just have to stick to basics! God luck with trying and finding what works for you!

The "healthy for you" issue is how you define "healthy for you". If you define it as no carbs, no added sugars, then it is "healthy for you". However, if you define it as all natural ingredients, nothing artificial, no preservatives or additives, then it's not.

I order a lot of stuff from Netrition. Not necessary junk but things like coconut oil and vitamins but they have lots of low carb products.
