    I am so excited, I am on day 6 and am already 6lbs down. I have included walking as a daily activity.

    SW:206
    CW:200
    GW:125-130

    Abs: 850/1900
    Squats: 650/1200
    Lunges: 500/1000
    Strength: 490/1200
    Running: 50/100 km
