I got some from costco. It says that it only has 1 carb. I'm assuming it's ok since both parmasan and spinach are legal?

i would just check the rest of the ingredients. you never know what they will add to things. i have had lots of "spinach" dips thats were legal so you are probably good.~Tif~ 7 LBS GONE!

I agree with amazon. Read the ingredients to make sure the food is truly legal. Remember, things like dextrose, sucrose, wheat or corn starches, etc. are NOT allowed on this diet no matter what the carb content is.~Megs~
