Does anyone know where i can buy these?

are they only available in America? i asked at my local health store and manager had never heard of them, any help would be great

Be aware that these are not needed. And not always accurate. Read the book, Follow the plan and drink your water and you will do fine!!

I lost 60 pounds last time I did Atkins and never peed on a stick...LOL!

I purchased mine at the local pharmacy. They should be pretty common to purchase.
Shoppers Drugmart, etc.

I went to CVS Pharmacy and asked the pharmacist for them. she told me she never heard of them. as I scratched my chin and was thinking of a way to explain it to her, I noticed them on the shelf right below her! I picked them up and handed them to her!
Anywatz every CVS I've been to has them in the same location

Walmart has them in the pharmacy area. I use reli on (I think). They are about $7 for 50. When I began the diet and I felt like cheating I would pee on a stick and the color would give me strength.

The don't work for everyone so if you don't see a color change, look for the other signs of ketosis.

you can google a search for ketone test strips and buy them on line. I have bought them online for as little as $9.00 per hundred a while back. Also almost all local drugstores, pharmacys and walmarts have them. But most store personel will tell you they have never heard of them.I have not found one store person who knew thema s lipolysis test stips. i tell them the strips for testing ketones for diabetics. If they still do not know, ask where their diabetic supplies are. Even if they don't think they have the strips, thats where they will be. For the diet, they are helpful but not a must. Apparently for diabetics though they are needed, so the stores do carry them.
