What is done is done. Pick yourself up and try to learn from it.

    WHY did you do that?
What was going on that made you choose to eat that? Learn to recognize the feeling and have a plan in place in case it happens again. What was the trigger? Are you using artifical sweetners?? Cut them out.

WHAT can you do to stop it from happening again?
Have legal food ready to grab. Have hard boiled eggs in the fridge. Cheese. Drink your water. A lot of us confuse thirst with hunger. Go for a walk. Get on the computer. No food at the computer. Reach out to this board BEFORE. Post..read...help others. Get out of the house. Or clean something instead. Plan your meals out. Enter your food into fitday. Including whatever it is that you are thinking of eating...see what you are getting yourself into before you eat it.

You only fail if you fail to learn the lesson from it. You can do this!!

      Just keep on keeping on

And remember the feeling to help you resist the next time too
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

The points that you mentioned, GREAT ADVICE! I should prepare food before hand, The reason i made this mistake was because I woke up and after feeding my baby, i felt too tired so start cooking in the kitchen (If you know any 11 month old, you would know that its a wrestling match when it comes to feeding them and cleaning all the food splashes all over the baby chair and floor)
If I had make something last night, I wouldnt have grabbed this can

But im moving on and going to keep your advice in mind

          Thanks
