You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it. ~Maya Angelo~
AAHHHH....okay...if you are talking SF Jello then yes it is allowed.
If you are talking about jelly like jam...then no.
Do be aware that while the SF jello is allowed it has been know to stall some people so you may want to keep an eye on that. I don't use it just because I think it would help keep a sweet tooth going. Also you are limited to how many artificial sweetners you can have a day.

No problem. It is good to know that way if a situation arises you will have the information at hand.
You might want to think about some batch cooking so you have something ready in the freezer you can nuke for those nights you don't want to cook but want something quick. So handy!!

She marks the ones that are safe for induction but I do find that when I enter my foods into www.fitday.com that the counts are not always the same. There is also a list of the foods that are acceptable for induction in the main forum that you can print out and double check that all is allowable. IE: no seeds on your salad until the nut rung.

I dont think any of the sugarfree jellies available in UK have one of the 'legal' sweeteners, so you will be better off doing what Dr Atkins suggested and making your own using unsweetened gelatine and splenda or one of the other sweeteners on the allowed list as an occasional dessert.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies? Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
