    When can I expect to start seeing some results? I'm only on Day 3, so it's early yet. I was just wondering.

    I think it is a guarantee that you will see results by the end of induction. whether it be weight-loss, inch-loss, muscle-gain, energy-increase...etc. As long as you are doing it right, and exercising.

    Many see results sooner than that, though...you might see them by the end of the week.

      it varies for different people. so give it some time. i'm on day 6 myself and have not so much as thought about stepping on the scales yet. i don't even plan to weigh myself until day 15. i know that i am receiving already some of the results i'm looking for. such as, less tired, more energy, and appetite is starting to decrease. so i guess it depends on what results you are actually speaking of. if you are referring to weight, or even a specific weight it is different for everyone and depends on how well you've done following the plan, how much exercise one is or is not doing, if your getting all the water you need to drink every day. it even depends on your own body's metabolism also.

      just be patient and hang in there.

        It really varies from person to person. Some do see results faster then others. Take me for example....This is only day 7 for me, as of yesterday, ( not weighing myself anymore until day 15..) I have lost a total of 12 pounds.... 2 inches off my waist, and 1 1/2 off my hips.

        Typically, you should feel better, and have more energy. See how you do on day 15. I bet you will see results on the scales and measuring tape!

          I haven't stepped on the scale either. I've been doing really good with my meals. If I even think about having something I shouldn't, I go to the success stories.
