Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Home

a site that has a lot of great recipes and she marks the ones that are okay for induction. Just watch the servings...for instance...even though panna cotta is okay you can only have 1 serving for the day because you are limited to 3 oz of heavy cream a day.

    Well said Bill!

adding a warning about the link I sent you. Check to make sure it is on our legal list. IE: she nows has LC tortilla as okay for induction which is a different book than the one followed here. There is an induction list in the stickies in the main forum that can be printed out and is wallet size.

      Okay...gotta go....good luck!

The others have given you some good advice already, (great job folks ) so I will just add a word of caution about the bangers.

Have you looked at the actual ingredients in the sausages? Most British sausages have fillers like rusk and wheat starches etc in them, which we need to avoid particularly in induction.

As far as I know only the very pricey upmarket bangers dont have this.

Look for the meat content - you ought to be eating sausages with 99% meat in them or as close to that as possible - most sausages wont be anything like that - like burgers, they might say 100% beef or pork but all that means is that 100% of the meat in them is beef or pork, it doesnt mean they are made only of meat.

I buy Lidl's german sausages which are 99.5% meat with the rest being spices, no fillers or starches.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
