mines is chicken wings and you can buy 15 (roughly) uncooked ones in Sainburys for £1.15 and they are carb free and full of protein

Welcome back to your ADBB family, ebony

I have been using my crockpot/slow cooker a lot lately for easy meals.

I just brown some meat in a frying pan while chopping up celery/spring onions and lay the meat on top of the veggies and pour the pan jiuces plus a bit of water over it and seasoning it then leave it on high all day.

I come home to a melt-in-the-mouth tender meal with no cooking to do!!

Yesterday I cooked a couple of packs of pork steaks while I was out and so have plenty of leftovers too!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
