Well today I did my official 2 week weigh in....I am down 12 pounds, which I am happy about..I will continue on induction for a bit to get off some more weight before I move to the next phase.

Congratulations! 12 pounds is great. I encourage you not to stay on extended induction too long but to start climbing the rungs and learning about your body and its likes and dislikes. If you do it by the book you will continue to have success there as well. The first rung is only adding 5 more carb grams of veggies...that isn't too scary. Climbing the rungs will give a greater chance of success at keeping the weight off. Keep up the good work!
You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it. ~Maya Angelo~
Very cool. Congratulations on your good work. If you do extended just make sure you do not start getting bored and suddenly give up. Most of us lose most our weight on OWL
