    Can I Eat Cool Whip?

    It says its made with real cream...

    I'm on day 12 and think I may have messed up with the cool whip...I'm jonesing for some carbs and I was hoping the whip would take the edge off...

    Did I mess up?

    I found this: Whoah!

    No, cool whip isn't allowed on induction, or any phase of atkins for that matter. Just pick right up where you are, and KEEP going.

        You know, you can make your own....all natural.

        Natural Heavy Whipping Cream and some splenda. Whip it with a whisk until foamy. It's DELISH!

          OMG, I'm never eating that stuff again! That is the definition of Frankenfoods (my new favorite word)!

              Its cool and its whipped, that's all I can say for it.

              Make your own from heavy cream. I don't even use sweetener.
