Hi everyone just checkin in all has been well, cheat free and exercising on my new exercise bike. Went from 324 to 310 on the button, so 14 pounds! Also, since I said last week when I posted I now have a blood sugar tester, the results have been AMAZING! Last week I was at 326 and today im at 111. A few days ago it went as low as 94!! I have never even seen it under 180 in my life! I have done atkins before, but I didnt know what a difference in blood sugar it can make, it hasnt went apast 114. So hopfully it stays right around these levels cause thats good for me! Well, i'll update again next week, so see ya all then! peace

That's fantastic news. You are getting healthy, healthy, healthy! This is the best plan to keep your blood glucose levels in check. It has for me for nearly four years now. It can for you too. Just keep at it. Great to hear about the exercise bike. That too helps your glucoe levels. Congratulations on the pounds gone forever!
