So the golden rule is to eat at least every 6 hours. I've got that down pat. I have been on induction for about a week, and its gotten to the point that I dont need any snacks and can make it the 6 hours between meals. However, that brings me to some questions.
First, I cant eat first thing in the morning. I need to wake up and let my body wake up. For example, this morning, due to working a late shift, I slept until 10am, and didnt eat my breakfast until 11. I havent seen anything black and white that says this should be bad, but I wanted to run it by you all.
Second, is it bad to go the full 6 hours before eating? Should I force myself to eat something in the meantime? My body doesnt feel hungry and I feel I can make the 6 hours. Thoughts?
Finally, how late can I eat before I go to bed? I work swing shift and when I get off, it will be time for my 3rd meal, which will be about 1100pm. I have heard you shouldnt eat 3 hours before going to bed. Should the same apply?
Thanks ahead of time for your answers.
