I am struggling with lunches and boredom at the moment on induction.
My breakfasts are ok, I have 3 that I rotate so I'm not finding that boring.
Because I have family I try and have 1 cup vege at dinner with whatever I am eating usually chicken or fish or steak beacuse that means I'm not making 2 meals. It's lunches that I am stuck on.
It's winter here and salad ingredients are expensive to buy and the quality isn't great. It's also cold and when it's a really cold wet day like today I can't face another salad. So suggestions please on what I can try that will incorporate those salad vege in a different way. I pretty much eat anything.
