    I tried the Oopsie recipe with four eggs and left out the Splenda. Instead I added 1/3 cup of flaxseed meal, garlic powder and oregano. It worked pretty well as a pizza base, but I flipped it over before adding the toppings because the bottom was browner. You have to top it with a thick sauce and get it back into the oven quick because the crust does not stay super crisp but you can pick it up and east it by the slice. I might try adding some cheese to the crust to crisp it up next time, but it was passable as is. It peeled off the parchment pretty easily but I would also be tempted to spray a little Pam or olive oil on first.

      Hi Erc,

      i am no help on the taco shells - I am really content with a big taco salad.

      I made the oopsie rolls today. They are nice - I little eggy (like a PP said) but I will give them a try as a bun (I ate one straight up)
