    parsely is one of those foods that bloats you!!!! my mother told me, but i didn't think it would be that bad... i had it once time with spaghetti squash and next day i was SO bloate, but i thought it was because of TOM.....i had it again yesterday with prawns.....AGAIN....this morning my stomach is SUPER bloated and TOM is not even close to coming yet.... so if you like parsely eat small amount of it....i had like .5 a cup mixed in.

    just thought i'd warn ya

    Hmmm...it doesn't work that way on me. I grow my own herbs and I put parsley in about everything. I had it in all three meals today.
    People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

          I never had any problems with it. I use parsley in at least two of my three daily meals and I never had issues.
