back again

hi all after 10 weeks of atkins i lost 26lbs my clothes fitted me brilliantly and i was over the moon with life. i was working away in holland for 6 weeks at a time and it was easy. i came home to the uk and for the last 10 weeks ive put the lot back on, im starting again tomorrow and hopefully it will be as easy as it was last time!! im ashamed of myself but i was thinking ill come off atkins and eat what i want for a few weeks and im back to square one now, so tomorrow is a new start and ill have to stick to it as when i go back to the old way of eating.... well you know what happens!!

Welcome back! At least you came back before it was all back on. And you learned the lesson that you need to climb the rungs when your induction is over to learn how to maintain that weight lose. Atkins is not a quick fix...it is a life plan! good for you for figuring that out yourself already. You can do it!
