    out of house all day

I am in my second week of induction and last week I lost no weight at all. One of my problems is that I spend all day driving around in my car going to clients’ homes. I always get hungry around lunch and have been porking out on pepperami bars and pork scratchings. Does anybody have any other suggestions of what to do for a light portable lunch?

Salad, celery stuffed with cream cheese, ham or roast beef roll-ups rolled up with lettuce and mayo. If you are in a car, there should be room for a cooler. Just put what you need in the cooler and your options are wide open.

I agree with Elleth. Those things you're eating right now contain a good deal of salt, so you might be retaining water.

If you have a car, you can put a small cooler in the trunk to store salad fixings, meat (slices of roast beef, leftovers from you dinner last night, etc.), and bottles of water.

Don't forget to pack away napkins, plastic forks/spoons and those towelettes to "wash" your hands before and after you eat. When the weather is warm, I take "day trips" on weekends and my days off.

I take hard boiled eggs with me to work sometimes and cheesticks. Celery is quite portable as well.

There are tons of snack ideas that you can use. A little planning on your part and you'll do fine.

Celery with cream cheese, hardboiled eggs, cheese, tuna, brocoli with blue cheese, sandwich meat.......

Just put everything in a cooler with plenty of ice and you're good to go!
