Hey everyone so this is my first post. I have been a lurker for a few months now. I decided to put myself out there and do this. About myself well I am a college student who is looking to get healthy because if I don't I will continue to be in this depression phase that I am currently in . I do not even know who I am anymore. I am at my all time high 240lbs. I never been this big. The heaviest I've been was 185. Since I graduated from high school I just let myself go. I been through alot and I know I shouldn't make exuses but I just turned 22 years old and its amazing the time that has flew I need to make a change. I did my research on the Atkins weight loss plan is amazing the amount of people who changed their lives is breathe taking. I am ready to do it to. I need the encouragement because I don't have anyone to encourage me. Well on a better note today was day one I did so well so I am so happy. I will continue to post my progress. Thanks
