  • Clean Induction?

I keep reading about a clean induction. What is the difference between that and regular induction?

    Re: Clean Induction?

no difference. induction is induction. if you do induction right, by the DANDR 2002 edition, then it's clean.

peopls use the term "clean" to indicate that they didn't over do the sweetner or cream. they ate the proper amounts of listed veggies, and so on.

Ditto to what Jimmy wrote. A "clean" Induction is the Induction done written in the book: no cheats, no sneaks, no tweaks.

            Re: Clean Induction?

It's just a made up saying for a regular induction. It just means induction with no cheating which if you're cheating you're not doing induction so it's rather redundant to me But that's what it means.
