okay...i've really really REALLY got to do something about my body and my self esteem. as my weight rises my self esteem plummets. i'm going to do this...atleast 14 days straight induction. no cheeting, lots of wtaer, exercisign EVERY day. summers almost here. i really need help you guys...i've never been skinny. gosh, i've never even been average weight. i need to do this for my myself and most importantly myself. i'm going to try to post everday. any encouragement would be greatly appreciated.

he's the one who mentioned it to my mom when she started trying to get healthy a few years ago. the thing is, lately because of mardi gras, valentines day, and my birthday, i've just kind of let myself go and stopped worring about what i've been eating or how uch i've exercised. i've been clean for a day now and i'm already startign to feel like myself again.
