    Lets Stick Together Build This Post Up And Share Our Progress And Difficulties So We Can Motivate Each Other We Can Do It Looking To Make Some New Adbb Friends No Need To Be Shy Post. Who Is Down?
    Ok Ill Start Well Today Was My Official Day Two And So Far Great I Am Continuing With The Positive Attitude And Will Power Because That Is The Only Thing That Will Help Me Get Through. As Much As I Get Tempted I Make Sure To Say To Myself No Do Not Fall For It Realize That Is What Caused You To Gain Weight It Is Doing Nothing For You But Causing Harm To Your Body. I Know It Will Get Easier As I Go. I Am Not Perfect And I Know I Am Bound To Make Mistakes But Now No More Mistakes.

    What I Find To Be A Good Idea Is Not To Be So Obbessive With Weighing Myself I Vowed To Weigh Myself Once A Mnth. I Will Too I Realized That Weight Loss Takes Time And I Do Not Need To Constantly Weight Myself So One Month It Is And It Is About The Inches Lost So I Will Measure Myself Once A Month As Well.

    Well Guys How Has Been Your Process? Anything You Are Proud About Or Upset About?

    Well All The Lurkers Who Are Just Reading And Not Posting Don't Be Shy Your Opinion Are Important Too. My Motto Is It Is 2008 So Lets Motivate Lol

    Hello, I started this way of eating on June 14th, 2008 and it is July 12th.
    I have currntly lost 24 lbs and it is wonderful. I am fitting into clothes that I have not fit into in a long time. And it has been over 10 years since I was under 200, amazing.
    I never ever want to cheat, because I want to be a healthier, happier person. And it is working.
    I have been lurking around here for a time now and post once in awhile. I have got much inspiration from this board, thanks to everyone.

      Welcome to the board Beonce!!! =)

      I saw you post your before pics in the other part of the forum and I never had the chance to comment on it. I'm very glad that you made it to this board and have realized something about yourself this time around. We are all human and we will make mistakes, but those mistakes that we do make, we learn from them and try not to do them again.

      I started last Sunday and I've been cheatfree ever since and it's quite an amazing feeling. I'm very happy with myself for accomplishing so much in the past week.

      We have another thread on here, if you'd like to join us. =) I started it and it's a good way of getting to know more people who are stuck in the same boat as we are. And maybe you will find yourself a buddy or two that will help you be motivated til you're goalweight. It's called "For those starting atkins 7/7/08" I know it's a different date than you started, but really, it's for anyone.

      I'll be posting a new thread on Monday for the week. "Week of 07/14/08 Atkinites" I think. Check it out!!

        congrads Tina That Is Wonderful To Hear What An Accomplishment Girl You Should Be Proud Of Yourself Because You Are Accomplishing Alot By Getting Healthy And Fit. That Is Inspiring I Just Started As Well And I Am Continuing To Stay Focused Especially When I Here Stories Like Yours And Other In Which It Motivates Me To Keep Going. Congrads On Your One Month Anniversary. I Started On July 10th So Aug 10th Will Be My One Month Anniversary So I Can Not Wait.loosing Weight Is So Fufilling Especially Since You See Yourself Transform. I Am Happy You Are Wanting To Change Your Life I Mean Everyone Continue To Think Positive Because You Can Do It It Is Amazing To Be Under 200 I Can Not Wait For That To Be Me Because The Last Time I Was Under 200 Was In 2004 When I Was 185 But I Am Focusing So It Can Be In 2008 Lol This Board Is So Inspiring.           I think that weighing in only once a month is a great idea! I am going to put my scale away today. Its day 3 for me and all is going pretty well.

              OMG CONGRADS ON YOUR DAY 3 ARE YOU CHEAT FREE? yes step away from the scale and put it away lol because you do not want to be tempted and then want to see your weight loss ever so often let it be gradual so once a month is great just imagine the surprise at the end of the month and seeing big numbers and big results lol . Im proud of your commitment you can do it stay positive.
