    I agree with Megs. If this was a single mishap, maybe continue on, but the beans also threw you off earlier so you haven't really been close to a clean induction yet. Everyone makes mistakes, but if you are serious about doing this WOE, you will get the best results if you start over and really do a clean Induction.

    It isn't just about being in ketosis. Its about getting your head into the WOE. Learning that you ARE strong enough to say no, detoxing your body, and retraining your tastebuds to new flavors while erasing the old ones. You can't do that if you have continued to eat those other foods. It is about so much more than just getting a head start.

    The book is really the best way to really understand all of this. Get it, then start right. Completing two weeks of a clean Induction also gives you the confidence and knowledge that you CAN do this. If you can't do a clean Induction, chances are you will also stray later on. I will admit up front. My induction was not clean. I continued to drink coffee. I have since cut my coffee consumption and switched to decaf but I will be the first to say I should have done it right the first time.

    Like the earlier post said (I forgot who) ask WHY this happened. That's the only way to prevent it in the future. Wishing you a fresh start and a big whoosh.
