Meal Plan: July 15, 2008 Day 1
Breakfast: Mozarella and tomatoe fritatta with bacon and 1 small cup of decaf tea without sweetener
Lunch: Turkey with 2 cups of salad
Dinner: Beef burger patty with 1 cup of asparagus
Snack: Sugar free jello
Supplements: Multivitamin, iron, psyllium husk, milk thistle
Water: 5 24 oz bottles
Exercise: 45 minutes of spin class, 35 minutes on the treadmill

I have a headache that has been with me since yesterday afternoon. Not to mention TOM so I am craving chocolate like crazy!!!!
