Today's Menu:
B: 2 Eggs and 2 slices of bacon; 2 tbsp parmesan cheese (fresh grated YUMMY!)
S: 1/2 artichoke (heart and tips of leaves) (maybe ammounting to 1/4 cup MAYBE)
L: 2 Cups Iceburg Salad w/ 1tbsp shredded carrots, 1 skinless/boneless chicken thigh cooked in butter/garlic w/ 2tbsp sugar/carb free feta dressing 1/2 Cup Cucumber and 1/4 Cup Mushrooms (raw)
S: 1/2 artichoke (heart and tips of leaves) (Maybe ammounting to 1/4 cup MAYBE)
Don't know about dinner yet. I have been out to eat a couple of times but did really well. We went to a Spanish Tequilla bar last night and I had mahi mahi steak (confirmed no sugar or grain) and grilled asparagus (again confirmed no sugars) instead of the rice that would have come with it. NO CHIPS/SALSA NO TEQUILLA!!!! and I drank about 12 glasses of Lemon Water while we were there (the others were there for the drinks so we were there a while)
THIS WEEKEND: I am going to be at the NHRA Drag Races in Seattle. There will be free drinks but I will only have one. (It's my client so I have to have one, he always gives me the one when we get there and then he goes off to take care of his other guests as well and then I can get away with walking around with a diet 7-up or water instead but the drink will be diet coke and bacardi or diet 7 and tanqueray that way it's not as bad as it could be)
Anyhow, we will be there all day and can't bring in any food/drinks. He'll have plenty of water I can drink, and I'll have to figure out the food issue. My goal is to just eat as little as possible when I do get hungry since the foods won't be induction clean. I'll just eat enough to cut the hunger.
ON A GREAT NOTE THOUGH: I weighed in down 6 lbs this morning!!! First week ends on Sunday so I'm sure it's water weight and I know it may change but I wanted to weigh in before my dreaded experience of the weekend comes up!!!!
