I tried to start this diet right after July 4th. Stayed on it for 2 days and lost 4 lbs. The second day I started having Vertigo and I just couldn't handle it.
I drank a lot of Diet Coke before and definitely a carb addict. So I don't know if the caffeine withdrawals or the sugar withdrawals got me. Or I could have just had this vertigo episode that was unrelated.
So I got off the diet and just tried to stay off the caffeine. So that first week all I did was kick the caffeine habit. Of course I gained back the 4 lbs. I lost.
The vertigo is gone, caffeine is gone and I decided to start this diet again this week. So I started on Tuesday and I have been faithful to it. Weighed this morning and already lost 8 lbs!
I am really excited. And this board is encouraging.
