  • Take 2 New Beginning 1 March 2005

    :wave Hi Everyone.
I began Induction on 2 Jan 2005, but I was under so much stress for the past 2 months I did not keep to my induction and I gained 7 more pounds. So many things were happening at work, I did not concentrate on my life diet. Things have mellowed...but I need to be under control for when things go haywire again, as they always do. :help

Today is my day 1 of Induction.
Breakfast, 2 soft boiled eggs, broccoli florets with crumbled bacon.
Lunch, Cobb salad off the lunch truck (blue cheese dressing)
Dinner, pork chop, green beans with roma tomatoes and mozzarela.

I'm trying to drink more water also... It's 12:06 pm and I've had 1 Qt of bottled water.... Watch out...

    1 Mar 2005 277 lbs 5'3" F. 42 yrs.

Am I wrong or just afraid to post a goal...? Maybe just lb by lb...?

    Patty :wave

    Hi Patty :wave
    Welcome to ha
It looks as if you have got a handle of the menus so I am sure you will succeed this time.
What a good idea to treat each pound lost as a success and mini-goal reached :joy
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Your doing gret so far- take it one day at a time and you will be at goal in no time- it is easier sometimes to look at mini goals instead of the larger final goal- it tends to keep some of us more motivated
        ORIGINALLY STARTED:

AT 272 AND BY 7/1/05 WAS AT
