Canadian or Turkey Bacon?

Can I use either of these instead of regular bacon? I don't always like the higher fat versions of some foods. Thanks, Kelly

Just be aware of the carb count can vary widely in the products. I have seen some Canadian Bacon be EXTREMELY high in carb counts (4-6g). Others are similar to regular bacon (0g) -- the same cautions occur be mindful what it is cured with.

i thought the turkey would be the same too.. however read the labels.. i was picking up a "summer sausage" type thing and there was beef and turkey.. turkey had way more carbs (beef was 0) they do add sugar and "solutions" to turkey to make it taste the same..

The canadian bacon I have is only 1 carb for two slices. That works for me!
