  • grilled chicken caesar salad?

My husband and I went to the diner for lunch and I ordered a chicken caesar salad - no croutons. It seemed like a good choice at the time, but now I'm second guessing my decision.

Did I make a good choice? What would have been been a better choice?

a little trick i learned with restaurant style dressing is to ask if they add sugar because you are "diabetic"
i did this over the weekend and they were able to whip me up a dressing without sugar in it

It's a great choice. Depends whe I am and I ask abotu the dressing too. But classic cesear is egg, garlic, salt, mustard, oil and parmesan. If they make their own you are likely safe - if they buy it in they can answer your question easily. But as long as it is NOT low cal or fat free you should be ok. Blue cheese is always a good option too!
