I started induction this morning!! Yippy!! I had an clean induction today! Did HIIT training for 20 minutes and hit (no pun haha!) it hard! Also lifted weights for 35ish minutes. I bought some Ketone test strips. I tested for trace ketones after going through the day. Is this possible? TIA
