I re-started induction last Tuesday after blowing it and gaining all my pds back. I started at 228 within days was down to 223, then yesterday back to 228 and today still there! I am 100% clean and I am checking ketones and I have a large amount!
Starting @ 229lbs
postbaby - Gabriel is 3 mo!
Time to get serious!
Depending on what you have been eating it could be water retention from higher sodium intake. It could also be TOM if it is due. Many times I bounce back up for a couple days before my body decides it can really let go of the weight. Try to weigh ONCE A WEEK and it will keep you saner. And read the "weight loss isn't linear" thread. Don't give up. The scale is not going to go down every day. It will bounce around but that doesn't mean things aren't working.
Are you drinking enough water? The more you drink, the less you will retain. It sometimes helps to post a menu. There are things that might point to why the scale isn't moving.

"I've never come home after a workout and said, MAN, I wish I had NOT exercised today!"
On this weight loss journey you are going to have to get use to the scale changing all the time. It's just the way we lose weight. The important thing is that there is a downward trend over time.
Carbless, that's exactly the way it works for me. I weigh every day, and you have to watch for the trend.
I found that weighing once a week, I might hit that high day on weigh in day and it would seem like all that week's efforts were for nothing and that would discourage me...so, I track my weight every day.
My scale goes up, down and all around. Here's an example. I weighed myself three times yesterday: 9am - 191lbs, 4pm - 192.5lbs, 10pm - 194 lbs. So basically I gained 3 pounds in one day! The catch is I hardly ate anything and I was painting our living room the whole day. I think scales should be out-lawed. I have noticed that my clothes are fitting a "tiny" bit looser. I have been on induction for one week now. Don't give up!
