  • is this still bad?

    I kindof went over my 20 carb amount today and it was 22 is that still bad, do i need to restart?


    1st mini goal 157 10/15/08
    2nd mini goal 150
    3rd mini goal 145
    final goal 135

    I assume your still on induction? your primary carbs are coming from your salad veggie's. if your 3 weeks in you would be moving to Rung 1--
    and adding 5 carbs--from veggie's--
    a few carbs over is no prob--primary goal was to switch your metabolism-
    and from your chart--that is one goal you made!! WTG!!

        You don't need to "restart". you just need to keep better track of your daily carbs. Plenty of folks use fitday.com. But I just used to jot down what I ate and how much of it in a notebook and I used a carb counter book or website to keep track of the carbs.

          If you don't find fitday helpful, sparkpeople.com is a great one because it will allow you to track your fiber pretty easily... I just take my total carbs and delete the total fiber each day to see where I am... I was on there for their message boards all the time, but they aren't very "Atkins friendly" and my mom just had Bariatric Surgery and some people on there were being mean saying that she took the "easy way out" Yeah right! Anyhow, it's free as well and is pretty easy to use! (and my work blocked fitday for some reason so I can't use it)

              Oh I love it too! I just have found aside from the 2 teams devoted to Low Carb or Atkins, others aren't too supportive of my WOE I LOVE SPARK THOUGH!
