  • Ratio of Fat:Protein:Carbs

I'm searching on here but cannot find the breakdown of what % we are supposed to aim for with our fat, protein and carbs.
I have noted that i'm averaged out to be at 58-33-9 for fat, protein and then carbs... is that on point or should i up the fat a bit...

    Thanks!!

        Hi,

Where do the numbers 65/30/5 come from? They are not in the Atkins book I have.

Apparently Duke's University did an analysis of the suggested induction meals in DANDR and those ratios are what resulted.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
