I have been doing really well. Lost 7 pounds this week. I feel good and am very happy. This weekend, starting Thursday, I have been selling my soy candles at a local fair. I was in the heat all day Thursday but it wasn't too bad. I brought a salad in a cooler with me and stayed on program all day even though I did not eat as much as usual. Then around 9:00 pm my daughter broke her arm on a ride and I had to rush her to the hospital. Needless to say I was there until 2:00 am and back at the fair at 8:00am.
I was so dizzy and sick on Friday even though I ate breakfast. I did not have any time to pack anything and I really thought I was going to pass out. My friend got me a small ice cream thinking it would help my blood sugar. It did not. Then we had a some caramel kettle corn! At this point I felt sooo dizzy that I stopped caring what I had. There was no fruit or anything like that nearby. I feel so horrible now. I was doing so well
I am trying to pick myself up today and move on.
Has anyone had this dizzy experience while on induction? I don't recall feeling this way last time. however there were a lot of extenuating (sp) circumstances - heat, lack of sleep, over worked, etc..
